Consulting Process

Prior to our consultation, I will send you a questionnaire for you to fill out.
During our consultation, which can be virtual or in-person, will focus on introducing my approach and discussing your business's background and goals. This session is designed to understand your immediate and long-term needs, setting the stage for our future collaboration.

After our consultation, we'll assess if proceeding together is beneficial. If so, I'll develop an assessment of quick wins and a long-term implementation plan for you. Upon your approval of the assessment, I will create 2-4 strategies that are aligned with your end goals, ensuring a tailored approach to meet your specific needs.

After we agree on a strategy, the next step in is its implementation and execution. Following this, we will engage in regular progress monitoring and make necessary adjustments to ensure the strategy's effectiveness and alignment with your objectives.

The final stages of our consulting process involve a thorough review of the project to ensure all objectives have been met. This is followed by a detailed handover, where we provide you with all the necessary documentation and guidance to ensure a smooth transition and sustained success of the implemented strategies.
